An affiliate program is a way for our accounts to earn revenue by referring their patients to shop directly on Obagi.com. Instead of carrying inventory, they get a unique link and coupon code to share with their patients. When patients purchase through that link or code, the account earns a revenue payout on the sale, without the hassle of stocking products or handling fulfillment. It’s an easy, hands-off way for them to boost revenue while ensuring their patients always have access to Obagi products.

What is the Standard Offer?

With the ProAffiliate program, your practice earns a 40% revenue payout on the retail sale for each qualifying Obagi product purchased through your unique affiliate link or coupon code, allowing you to generate incremental revenue without managing inventory or fulfillment.

What is Offer 2 (Product Credit Only)?

Offer 2 provides 20% product credit on retail sales made through your affiliate link or coupon code. Earned product credit is issued as a rebate to your Boxout account and can be applied toward future Obagi orders. Accounts located in CA, FL, TX, RI, and NC are automatically enrolled in Offer 2 due to state-specific anti-kickback regulations.

Why do accounts in Offer 2 receive 20% product credit instead of 40% revenue payout? How is that equivalent?

Accounts in anti-kickback states receive 20% of the retail order value as product credit. When this credit is redeemed, it is applied at the wholesale price, effectively matching the value of a 40% revenue payout. This ensures compliance with anti-kickback laws while maintaining equivalent benefits for accounts.

If an account in an anti-kickback state signs up, will it be automatically moved to Offer 2?

If an account prefers an easier-to-share link, they can request a custom affiliate link (e.g., www.obagi.com/samnovomedspa), which we can create for them. • Coupon Code: The account creates this during sign-up, and we recommend using their business name (e.g., SAMNOVOMEDSPA). The coupon code serves two purposes: 1. It ensures the account gets credit for the order, even if a patient shops directly on www.obagi.com instead of using the affiliate link. 2. It provides patients with free shipping, making it an added incentive. • QR Code: This is another tool to promote their storefront. The QR code directs patients to their affiliate link when scanned, making in-practice promotion seamless and convenient.

How do I choose my ProAffiliate coupon code?

Your coupon code is an additional way for your practice to receive credit on patient orders, alongside your affiliate link. When selecting your coupon code, choose something simple and easy for patients to remember, such as your practice name or a recognizable abbreviation. Please do not use numbers, special characters, or the word “Obagi” in your coupon code. Once created, your coupon code can be shared with patients online or in-office to ensure your practice receives credit for eligible purchases.

What do patients receive when they use a ProAffiliate coupon code?

Patients receive free shipping on their order when they check out using your ProAffiliate coupon code on obagi.com. Using the coupon code also ensures your practice receives credit for the purchase.

How do accounts receive payment?

Payments are made through the account's preferred payment method, including ACH/Bank Transfer, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Payoneer, or AirTM. Accounts will set up their "digital wallet" through the Refersion Marketplace to enable payouts. Important Note: Accounts located in CA, FL, TX, NC, and RI will receive product credit instead of monetary payouts. Product credits will be managed through Boxout, so no digital wallet setup is required for these states.

How to set up payment?

After registering for the ProAffiliate program, accounts must complete a one-time payment setup through the Refersion Marketplace. This step is required to receive revenue payouts. To complete setup, visit https://marketplace.refersion.com/ and register using the same email address you used to sign up for the ProAffiliate program. Using the same email ensures your account and payment profile sync correctly. DO NOT COMPLETE THIS STEP IF IN OFFER 2.

How often will accounts receive payment?

Revenue payouts and product credits are issued monthly. Payouts operate on a rolling 60-day schedule: it takes one month for payouts to generate, and subsequent payouts are processed monthly. Please note that returned orders are factored into the payout calculation.
