💉 Injectable Sample Compliance Update

To support the upcoming launch of OBAGI® ChIQ™, we recently added a new Product Type drop-down field in Sugar when documenting injectable samples.

Effective immediately:

✅ Select the correct product when logging injectable samples:

MagIQ
ChIQ

Sampling both products during the same office visit?

Please create two separate sample records in Sugar:

• 1 record for MagIQ

• 1 record for ChIQ

Why is this important?

Logging each product separately ensures:

The healthcare provider receives the correct Acknowledgement of Receipt email
The email accurately reflects the products that were sampled
Our compliance records remain complete and accurate
