📦 Warehouse Closure – Physical Inventory (Action Required)

As part of our annual physical inventory, our warehouse and the Boxout Order Portal used to submit online orders will be temporarily unavailable starting today 8/5 at 4pm CST.

📅 Key Dates

Wednesday, August 5 at 4:00 PM CST – Order submission deadline for orders to be processed and shipped before the warehouse/Online Order Portal closure.
Thursday, August 6 – Sunday, August 9 – Warehouse closed. Boxout Order Portal unavailable. No orders will be processed or shipped.
Monday, August 10 – Normal warehouse operations and shipping resume.

💡 What You Need to Know

Please communicate this temporary closure to any customers planning to place orders this week.
Customers are encouraged to continue submitting orders during the closure. Orders will be queued and processed in the order they are received once the warehouse reopens.
Overnight and 2-Day shipping will not be available for orders placed during the closure since shipments will not leave the warehouse until operations resume.
Order confirmation emails will include information about the warehouse closure and when shipping will resume.

A revised order form is now available that includes ChIQ™
Please replace any older versions you may have saved and use this form moving forward
This updated version also has updated SKUs for some of the products

Skin & Syringe Solutions Promo Order Form

A separate order form has been created specifically for accounts participating in the Skin & Syringe Solutions Promo.
This version includes the excluded skincare products that qualify under the promotion and should be used when submitting these promotional orders.

Using the correct order form will help ensure orders are processed accurately and prevent delays.

Continue submitting injectable orders as you receive them
Orders will be processed as they are received and shipped according to the updated summer shipping schedule.

Summer Shipping Schedule :

Monday – Wednesday (before 3:00 PM ET)

Orders will ship 2-Day

Wednesday (after 3:00 PM ET) – Thursday (before 3:00 PM ET)

Orders will ship Overnight

Friday

No injectable shipments
Orders submitted on Friday will ship on Monday

🆕 New Account First Order Process (Updated Process)

Because injectable products can only ship Monday through Wednesday, there may be times when a new account's first purchase cannot be submitted as a single order if it includes both skincare and injectables.

If you're opening a new account and the first purchase includes both skincare and injectable products, please remember:

Submit the skincare order and injectable order on the same day, even if they must be entered as two separate orders due to shipping requirements.
This guidance applies only to new account first orders.
Submitting both orders on the same day helps us accurately track first-order activity and ensures the account is reported correctly.

To support the launch of OBAGI® ChIQ™, we recently added a new Product Type drop-down field in Sugar

Effective immediately:

Sampling both injectable products during the same office visit?

Please create two separate sample records in Sugar:

• 1 record for MagIQ

• 1 record for ChIQ
